What you need to know

  • Ideal for contractors, distributor, large users
  • Includes corporate profile, product features and product stocks
  • Hard board finish, laminated
  • 3. Brochure Carrier (2-fold folder type “corporate” brochure with pocket/caddy for inserts)

  • Ideal for contractors, distributor, large users; flexible product showcase (computer printed)
  • The folder carrier features corporate profile, main product features.
  • The carrier has computer-printed inserts of the products.
  • Hard board finish, laminated
  • General terms & conditions:

    QUOTATION or COST ESTIMATE (CE) & PAYMENTS
    1. A scanned signed cost estimate (CE) must be emailed to DESIGNHUB upon approval.
    2. Progressive payment will be billed to client. before submission of initial studies.
    3. Additional percentage tax applies to CUSTOMERS in the Philippines.

    REVISION SUBMISSION & ADDED COST
    1. Additional 17.65% Agency Service Fee (ASF) for suppliers sourced through DESIGNHUB.
    2. Initial design includes three (3) studies. Additional cost for additional studies.
    3. CUSTOMER can initiate revision on a design up to three (3) times. Succeeding revisions or editing is billed per man-hour.
    4. Design adaptation is 30-70% from the original concept fee plus additional editing fees.
    5. Text and information should be submitted in soft copy. Additional fees for encoding and photo scanning.
    5. Studies and revisions are submitted on-line in PDF format. Hard copy or mock-up maybe requested and sent to CUSTOMER through courier with corresponding fees.
    6. Additional editing fee applies to special illustration, interpolation or digital drawings that requires longer hours to develop. This includes (A) photographic images (B) interpolation of an image from the CUSTOMER, internet or printed material (C) sketch, drawing and other form of complicated illustrations (D) logo or icon.
    7. Digital proof’s color may vary depending on CUSTOMER’S monitor and hardware. Proof as seen at the computer monitor may differ on a computer printed material. Likewise, a computer printed material may differ from a finished printed material. A pantone guide will be the color reference unless specified by the CUSTOMER.
    8. Final artwork (FA) shall be submitted to CUSTOMER in PC Windows platform.
